Some of the most valuable assets of any business and people are their intellectual property. Intellectual property is any creation of the mind such as inventions, literary and artistic works, symbols, names and images, used in business or privately.

Copyright is the legal right to reproduce, sell or license a creative work and is basically, the right to copy and ensures creators are given protection for their work.

Copyright automatically exists as soon as a creative work is available in a tangible form. Therefore, once you have created your work, then you are automatically the copyright owner.

In order to establish proof that you are the genuine creator of the work (the copyright holder), London Training and Coaching strongly advises you to register your copyright. This gives the creator of an original work, in whatever form, protection from that work being copied. 

For any work that London Training and Coaching designs for you and also, accredits for you, which includes the training programme, models, any charts, diagrams or images, London Training and Coaching copyright these under the LTC company but include a statement to confirm that the work belongs to you (as the named person).
